A small deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amount will depend on the treatment booked and will be discussed and agreed before booking. Any deposit taken will be taken off your final bill.

Patch Testing is required 48 hours before treatments are carried out or you will be required to sign a waiver revoking all rights.
24 hours notice is required on all cancellations or deposit will be lost.
24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment or this will be classed as a cancellation and deposit will be lost.
Please advise as soon as possible if you are running late. In the event you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost
If you cannot attend your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to attend without advising your deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay for any future treatment in full in order to book again. If you fail to attend 3 appointments you will be asked to find a new technician.
After your appointment you have 72 hours insurance on your treatment, during this time any repairs/corrections will be carried out free of charge, after this time you will be charged a fee. Please advice as soon as possible of any issues so these can be dealt with promptly.
